Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Binge Worthy Guide. All orders are packed and shipped via Australia Post through our trusted third-party logistics (3PL) distribution partner. We offer reliable, trackable shipping both within Australia and internationally.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All Australian states and territories (including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers)

  • International destinations including New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Europe, Asia and more

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer two shipping options within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 to 6 business days

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 to 3 business days

All domestic parcels include tracking. Signature on delivery is optional.

International Shipping

We offer flat-rate international shipping through Australia Post International Standard, which includes tracking (no signature).

Current delivery estimates:

  • New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Ireland: 6 to 12 business days

  • Asia (e.g., Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea): 6 to 12 business days

  • Rest of Europe (e.g., Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, etc.): 6 to 12 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs or local carrier delays. Import taxes or duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Fulfilment and dispatch are managed by our NSW-based 3PL distribution partner.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and include:

  • Australia: From $9.95 (Standard) and $14.95 (Express)

  • New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Ireland: From $13.95 AUD

  • Asia: From $15.95 AUD

  • Rest of Europe: From $18.95 AUD

Return to Sender / Delivery Issues

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

  • We will contact you to arrange re-shipping (an additional shipping fee may apply)

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
